Lessons from Nature for KS2 by popular demand!
The Lessons from Nature project has received a great deal of interest from a wide range of educators including KS2 teachers. We have listened to this high demand and have adapted the current programme to suit KS2 groups. This adapted programme uses a range of discovery activities to explore enduring principles (including multiple benefits, waste equals food and diversity gives strength) from nature that can be applied to the human world and used to help solve big sustainability issues. The KS2 programme has already proved a great success with a number of primary schools participating. Feedback from Bridget Monk from High Beach primary describes “A great variety of high quality, learning rich experiences. A very well organised and engaging leader. The children all learnt and enjoyed”.
