Lesson Plans

There are a large number of routes that can be taken through the Lessons from Nature learning.

For a cross-curricular approach the modules in this Discover section of the website are ideal.

In addition we have divided the modules into lesson plans.

To enable the programme to be delivered in typical UK schools each lesson consists of 40-60 minutes of activities. Curriculum links are included in the lesson plans.

We have chosen to highlight a few pathways for selected subjects:

  • Geography
  • Design and Technology
  • Biology

The learning can take place at several points in the Key stage 3 and 4 curriculum.
